Marine Ship launch airbags
Ship launching airbags, also called roller Marine Air Bags or ship
launch Rubber Airbags, are long cylindrical balloons made of heavy
synthetic tire cord fabric and inner and outer rubber layers. Ship
Rubber Airbags and barge dry docks can be used in Brazilian and
Indonesian shipyards, and Marine Salvage Airbags are particularly
suitable for barge launches, docking, ship pulling out and ship
docking operation.
Marine Rubber Airbag is our independent intellectual property
rights of innovative products, the Floating Rubber Airbags are
mainly applied to ship launching and landing, weight lifting and
moving, installation of underwater buoyancy aid to salvage sunken
vessels etc. Boat Launching Airbags launching technology was
developed based on traditional slipway launching mode, Ship Marine
Airbag overcomes the restrictions of traditional slipway launching
mode. Our Salvage Lift Bags are less limited by space, no large
mechanical equipment, can shorten the working period and save the
unnecessary cost. Through years of development practice, our Marine
Rubber Salvage Lift Bags are become more safety, effective and
green environmental protection and they can launching a ship up to
100,000 DWT.
High Pressure Air Bags consist of an outer rubber layer, multiple
heavy-duty synthetic tire cord layers, and a vulcanized inner
rubber layer. The Dock Salvage Lift Bags of the ship is a
cylindrical balloon with two tapered heads and an open end. The
airtight swivel and air inlet assembly are screwed together with
the port.
Comparison with other Launch Way

Material of Marine Rubber Balloon
Inflatable Marine Airbags are to be constructed of an out rubber
layer, multilayer heavy-duty synthetic-tire-cord layers, and an
inner rubber layer vulcanized firmly. Ship launching marine airbags
are cylindrical balloon body, with two conical head and end mouth.
Air tightness swivel and air inlet kits are screwed with end mouth.

2. AIRBAG STRUCTURE & MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1 Airbag Structure
"XINCHENG" Marine Rubber Airbags' structure is consists of the outer rubber layer synthetic cord reinforced rubber layers and inner rubber layer.
Its shape characteristics: central body cylindrical + tapered on
both ends.
Cord layers: 4,5,6,7,8,9,10, layers
Accessories: Pressure gage, Inlet valve, Pipe fitting and seal end ring.
2.2 Material
- Choose the best quality of imported natural rubber, such as smoked
sheet rubber and 3L natural rubber from Thailand and Malaysia,
which has good elasticity, ageing resistance, and will not take off
layer. Meanwhile, During the process of produce rubber, we using
efficient stabilizer to make rubber more environmentally friendly
and no cracks.
