1.1 每条气囊都配备充气配件 (1个压力表,充气阀,充气管件,密封垫片,丝堵)

1.2气囊充气配件均采用热镀锌防腐处理,材质为Q235热镀锌,可放心使用
The airbag’s accessories are treated with hot-dip galvanization.
The material is Q235 hot-dip galvanization, which can be used with
confidence.
线形光顺,色泽一致,无裂纹,气泡,杂质,污垢或其他缺陷,颜色为黑色.
The appearance of an air bag shall be smooth glossy and without
blemish such as crack,blister , delamination, pits or impurities,
color: Black.
- 质量要求 Quality requirements
材质为天然混炼橡胶及锦纶帘线.
Material: Natural Rubber and Synthetic tyre cord
质保期为24个月,设计使用寿命为10-15年,质保期内出现质量问题供方负责保修包换,并及时做好相应的售后服务工作.
Warranty is 24 Month, design life is 10-15 years, during the
warranty period, the supplier is responsible for warranty
replacement and timely after-sales service.

9. 贮存Storage:
9.1 气囊较长时间不用时,应洗净晾干,内充外涂滑石粉,放置在室内干燥,阴凉,通风处.
When the airbags are not to be used for a long period of time, they
should be drained,cleaned,dried,filled with talc powder, and the
exterior surfaces should be coated with talc powder. The airbags
should be maintained in a dry,ventilated room and be protected from
light. The airbags should be stored in a relaxed condition free
from tension,compression or other deformation.
9.2 存放气囊的地方应远离热源.
The airbags should be kept away from any heat source.
9.3 气囊不能与酸,碱,油脂和有机溶剂接触.
The airbags should be protected from acids, alkalis, oils or
organic solvents.
9.4 气囊不用时应伸开平放,不得堆放,亦不得在气囊上堆压重物.
When airbag not in use, the air bag shall be spread out and placed
flat, and shall not be piled up, nor shall the weight be piled on
the air bag.
